Block Watch is a national program that is based on the principle that neighbors working together are the first and best line of defense against crime. The Block Watch program fights the isolation and separation that crime creates and feeds upon, it forges bonds among area residents and businesses, helps reduce burglaries and other crime, and improves relations between the police and the community they serve.
