Tree Committee
This committee consists of five members appointed by the Mayor and Council. This committee reviews and makes recommendations on public planting and cutting of trees within city limits. They advise the Council regarding the planting and cutting of trees as requested. Make recommendations of type and kind of Street and Park Trees to be planted.

Planning and Zoning Commission
This is an advisory commission to the City Council made up of seven members. They hear all rezoning issues and conditional permit requests. They meet on an as needed basis.

Design Review Board
This is an advisory committee to the Planning & Zoning Administrator. It is a multi-jurisdictional committee as it covers from West Miami to East Globe along Highways 60 and 70. The committee consists of 3 Miami residents, 3 Globe residents, & 3 residents in the unincorporated area of Gila County.

Globe Active Adult Center Site Council
This is an advisory committee to aid the Globe Active Adult Center Director. Made up of senior center members including 4 elected members and 1 community representative. They advise the director of the planning and implementation of programs, needs, solutions, suggestions and help with policies and recommendations.
