How do I report a water break or sewer backup?

If the break or back up is during the business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm then you should call the Water office at (928) 425-7146 ext. 1. 

If the break is an Emergency during non-business hours please call Dispatch at (928)425-4436.

What if I have a bulk trash pickup?

If you have a bulk pick trash pick up, please call Right Away disposal at 1-855-723-8326 to schedule a pick up. The City of Globe no longer provides this service.

Is there garbage services on holidays?

Yes. With the exception of Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. If your pick up day falls on one of those days, your garbage will be picked up the following day. The rest of the week following the holiday will also be pushed back one day with Friday's customers being serviced on Saturday.

When is my bill due?

Your bill will always be mailed out on the last working day of each month with a due date of the 15th. Any unpaid balance will accrue a penalty of 10% on the 16th of each month. If your account shows a past due balance owing, you may be subject to turn off before the 15th of the month.
