Mobile Vendor License
Mobile food vendors must obtain a Mobile Vendor/Mobile Food Vendor Business License prior to engaging in business within the City of Globe. Mobile Vendors operating within the City of Globe shall adhere to all city codes, regulations and policy's.
The Mobile Vendor Policy/Guidelines is intended to protect public health and safety, promote economic development, and encourage diversity in food, merchandise, services, and accessibility. It is unlawful for any food truck, peddler, solicitor, transient merchant, or itinerant vendor, to engage in such business within the incorporated limits of the city of Globe without first obtaining a Mobile Vendor license in compliance with the provisions of this policy.
Mobile food vendors that are operating under a City approved conditional use permit or catering a one-time private event on residential zoned property are not required to get a Mobile Vendor license.
The fee for a new Mobile Vendor License is $50 and expires December 31st of each year. The initial annual fee will be prorated quarterly, depending on the business start date during the calendar year.
January 1 - March 31: 100% of annual registration fee
April 1 - June 30: 75% of annual registration fee
July 1 - September 30: 50% of annual registration fee
October 1 - December 31: 25% of annual registration fee

Copy of Accepted Identification
Certificate of Insurance
