Water Utility
The City of Globe Water Department is responsible for billing, collecting, and processing all City of Globe’s utility accounts for services, including: water, sewer, and garbage. To request residential City utility services be turned on or off, call (928) 425-7146 Ext. 203 or 204 or visit our office during the regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Customers requesting residential utility services will need to provide:
Name
Government-issued identification
References
Service address
Home and work phone numbers
Place of employment
Mailing address
Rental/lease agreement or ownership papers.
Residential customers are required to pay a security deposit before utility services can be activated. The security deposit may be waived if the applicant can provide a letter of reference from a comparable consumption-based utility within the past two years. Additionally, the services must have been connected for at least twelve consecutive months without any delinquent payments or service disconnections due to nonpayment.
