The City of Globe Water Department is responsible for billing, collecting and processing all City of Globe’s utility accounts for services such as: water, sewer, and garbage. To request residential City utility services be turned on or off, call (928) 425-7146 ext 14 or 15 or visit our office during the regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Customers requesting residential utility services will need to provide:
- Government issued identification
- Service address
- Home and work phone numbers
- Place of employment
- Mailing address
- Rental/lease agreement or ownership papers.
Residential customers are generally required to place a deposit as security for payment of utility bills before utility services will be turned on. Deposits may be waived if the applicant can provide a letter of reference from a comparable consumption based utility within the immediate past two (2) years. Services must have been connected for no less than twelve (12) consecutive months, with no delinquent payments and no service disconnections for nonpayment.
