CITY OF GLOBE, ARIZONA
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO INCREASE RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SANITATION SERVICES RATES AND THE 2025 PROPOSED FEE SCHEDULE
Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 9-499.15, the City of Globe is providing notice of its intention to increase residential and commercial sanitation services rates and the 2025 Proposed Fee Schedule. A copy of the proposed rate increases are available to the public for review and inspection at the office of the Globe City Clerk, located at Globe City Hall, 150 N. Pine St., Globe, Arizona, 85501, and posted on the City of Globe Website (globeaz.gov).
The Mayor and Council of the City of Globe will hold a public hearing on the proposed increase in residential and commercial sanitation services rates and 2025 Proposed Fee Schedule on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 6 PM at Globe City Hall, 150 N. Pine St., Globe, Arizona 85501.
The public hearing will be scheduled on the agenda to present, discuss, and obtain any comments on the proposed increase in residential and commercial sanitation services rates and 2025 Proposed Fee Schedule. Written and verbal comments are welcome at the public meeting. Action on the item will occur after the public hearing but not sooner than sixty days following the Effective Notice Date of February 12, 2025.
