CAG, in partnership with the City of Globe, is pleased to present the Invitation to Bid for the Globe Skate Park Improvements Project CDBG #133-25. This project is being rebid due to receiving nonqualified bids during the first RFP process.
The City of Globe (Grantee) has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) through the Arizona Department of Housing for the Skate Park Improvements project. The City will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services:
CDBG funds will be used for construction services including extending approximately 120 feet by 5 feet (600 square feet) of sidewalk along the west side of the tennis courts from the southwest corner of the tennis courts, to the concrete pad with the skate ramps. This will also include installation of three (3) ADA compliant concrete pads for picnic tables, installation of an ADA water fountain near the entrance, southwest of the skate ramp pad, and the installation of 33 Skate Park Equipment items (see Appendix A for technical specifications).
