RESOLUTION 1927: Approval to authorize staff for the application submittal for a “Clean Water State Revolving Fund” loan in the amount of $4,000,000.00 from the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA).

RESOLUTION 1928: Approval to authorize staff for the application submittal for a “Drinking Water State Revolving Fund” loan in the amount of $2,000,000.00 from the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA).

Both funding applications are intended to restore Enterprise Funds specific to water and sewer for financial support to existing projects whose original allocations were redirected to address emergency flood repairs over the past five months.  Approval of these funds will ensure project continuity while also strengthening our capacity to address ongoing and future recovery needs resulting from the September flood event.
