Welcome to the City of Globe Recreation Department website. It is our goal here to provide fun, exciting, and informative events and activities for those in the community, designed to get Globe residents of all ages, abilities, and interests out, active, and enjoying our beautiful parks and attractions. The City of Globe is changing and growing, and as the Recreation Department we plan to be one of the driving forces behind the new direction that we are heading, for the betterment of our residents.
We encourage you to click on the links to some of the city parks and fields, Plan a family outing at the Globe Community Center, take a hike on one of the many trails at Round Mountain Park, or get together with friends at your local neighborhood park. It is the ultimate hope of this department to increase the quality of life for our residents and to make Globe a better, stronger community. That being said, we are always open to ideas and opinions of those in the community, please feel free to contact us with a suggestion of something you would like to see come to Globe, be it sports leagues, shows, events, or otherwise.
