Water Utility Information
They City of Globe Water Department is responsible for billing, collecting and processing all City of Globe’s utility accounts for services such as: water, sewer, and garbage. To request residential City utility services be turned on or off, call (928) 425-7146 ext 14 or 15 or visit our office.
Customers requesting residential utility services will need to provide:
- Government issued identification
- Service address
- Home and work phone numbers
- Place of employment
- Mailing address
- Rental/lease agreement or ownership papers.
Residential customers are generally required to place a deposit as security for payment of utility bills before utility services will be turned on. Deposits may be waived if the applicant can provide a letter of reference from a comparable consumption based utility within the immediate past two (2) years. Services must have been connected for no less than twelve (12) months, with no delinquent payments and no service disconnections for nonpayment for twelve (12) consecutive months.
Utility Bill Payment Options
The City of Globe offers several different ways to pay your bill.
Automatic withdrawal from your bank account on the 10th of each month ensures your bill to be paid on time. The form for Direct pay can be printed from the link below and brought or mailed to the office with a voided check at 150 N Pine St. Globe, AZ 85501
We accept MasterCard or Visa. However there is a service charge for credit card payment made over the phone of $3.00.

Make checks payable to THE CITY OF GLOBE. Please write your account number on your checks for proper credit.
Payments can be made in the offices at City Hall located at 150 N. Pine St. Globe, AZ 85501 Hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday though Friday, excluding holidays.
Check or money orders can be dropped off in the drop box located in the large parking lot on the north side of City Hall. Payments left in the box after 7:00 am will be posted to your account the next business day.

HOW DO I REPORT A WATER BREAK or SEWER BACK UP?
If the break or back up is during the business hours of Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm then you would call the Water office at (928) 425-7146 ext. 14 or 15 If the break is an Emergency during non-business hours please call the Police Department at (928) 425-5751.
WHEN IS MY BILL DUE?
Your bill will always be sent out on the last working day of each month. Even though the due date says its due on the 1st, your bill is actually due upon receipt. Any unpaid balance will accrue a penalty of 10% on the 16th of each month.
IS THERE GARBAGE SERVICES ON HOLIDAYS?
Yes. With the exception of Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If your pick up day falls on one of those days, your garbage will be picked the following day. The rest of the week follwing the holiday will also be pushed back one day. With Friday's customers being serviced on Saturday.
WHAT IF I HAVE A BULK TRASH PICK UP?
If you have a bulk pick trash pick up, please call Right Away disposal at 1-855-723-8326 to schedule a pick up. The City of Globe no longer provides this service.
