Building Inspection Request and Scheduling

Building Inspections are available to schedule Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30 pm. Inspection request require 24 hours notice in advance for a next day inspection. Unfortunately time slots are not given, however you may provide a contact with phone number, and the inspector will call ahead providing a one hour window of time for inspection. To schedule your inspection please call (928) 425-7146 Ext. 219 with your permit number, project address and the type of inspection you are calling for. Interior inspections require an adult 18 years of age to be present.

Inspection Requirements:

• The job site shall be open/accessible for inspector entrance.
• The permit card shall be made available and posted in a visible location.
• Once the structure is framed, the job card shall be posted as close to the front door as possible.
• The stamped approved field plan set shall be on site for the inspection.
• There shall be a posted address marker at the site.

If these items are not onsite, the inspector shall fail the inspection.
