A Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Globe’s Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to seek public input on a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a special-purpose fence six feet in height, exceeding the maximum height of three (3) feet within the front yard setback of the (TR) Transitional Residential Zoning District pursuant to Zoning Code §14-6-5 (G), at the property address of 645 S. Second St., Assessor Parcel Number 208-05-207A, Case #UP-23-06.
The Public Hearing will be held at 6 P.M., on September 6th, 2023, at the Globe City Hall, located at 150 North Pine St, Globe, Arizona 85501.
The Planning & Zoning Commission meeting is open to the public and citizens are encouraged to provide input. Copies of the application, General Plan Update and City Zoning Codes are available in the Development Services Director’s office also located at City Hall at 150 N Pine St, Globe, Arizona 85501.
