Water Utility
The City of Globe Water Department is responsible for billing, collecting, and processing all City of Globe’s utility accounts for services, including: water, sewer, and garbage. To request residential City utility services be turned on or off, call (928) 425-7146 Ext. 14 or 15 or visit our office during the regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Customers requesting residential utility services will need to provide:
- Name
- Government-issued identification
- References
- Service address
- Home and work phone numbers
- Place of employment
- Mailing address
- Rental/lease agreement or ownership papers.
Residential customers are, subject to a required to required security deposit for payment of utility bills before services can be activated. Security deposits may be waived if the applicant can provide a letter of reference from a comparable consumption-based utility within the immediate past two (2) years. Services must have been connected for no less than twelve (12) consecutive months, with no delinquent payments and no service disconnections for nonpayment.
